Employer Sponsor visa
Facing the imminent expiry of a 417 visa and not having received an invitation for a skilled independent visa, an applicant sought our expertise for a strategic resolution. An alternative pathway through the Temporary Skill Shortage visa (subclass 482) was planned, aligning the applicant’s skills with a closely related occupation in demand by a sponsor. Despite the applicant’s skills assessment listing a different occupation, they successfully obtained a 482 visa to remain in Australia while waiting for an invitation to their skilled select visa.

Aged Dependant Relative visa
An 83-year-old, facing hurdles with visitor visas and the restrictive 8503 ‘no further stay’ condition, sought a more permanent solution in Australia. This condition often complicates the path to any other visas in Australia, making expert navigation and strategic planning essential. Through meticulous preparation and a profound understanding of immigration laws, the ‘no further stay’ condition was successfully removed, enabling the applicant to pursue an Aged Dependent Relative visa. This visa pathway, intended for older individual that is dependent on the Australian relatives for financial support, requires demonstrating dependency, meeting health and character standards, and having an eligible sponsor. Achieving this marked a significant milestone, offering the applicant a chance at permanent residency and the opportunity to live with supportive family members in Australia.
